During the summer the Kate Moss wedding slipped under my radar. The September Vogue article enlightened me to the ceremony. I adore the Galliano passages. The photos from the September issue include a recreation of the Patrick Lichfield photo of Mick Jagger and Bianca after their marriage in 1971. Of course it is a fashion layout, but the modern day groom looks away uneasy and distracted, whilst comely Kate looks on adoring. Genuine or by direction? I think the photo would work better if he channeled a bit of Mick from the original: the jovial Stone getting stoned.
