a goddess in an alcove
Thom Kerr's photography starts the year on a bright note with such a divinely dark editorial. Using a cemetery location, yet skirting the cliches of goth photography. Additionally, the combination of strong studio images works well. All the images are so great its hard to favor one. The only distraction is the big googly bono-esque goggle/glasses. Images 2, 3, 6 and 8 work the best it seems. The fashion is all very fetching. The kimono ensemble is particularly beguiling.
